Sure J Mc Donald has a sense of humour he needs it , just back from a glorious holiday in England. He did not expect to come back to Oz for anything but the same old win after win. Anointed by Channel7 as the best jockey in the world replacing Jamie Kah as the best jockey in the world he has arrived with the Top yard of Chris Waller out of form. He might still be holidaying in Europe, Ciaron Maher also had a holiday in the UK etc but his yard is firing big time who needs the English guy now in lazy town Hong Kong.

The Winx stakes today needs more than my quick inspection, but if I have shown McDonald/Waller weak spots lately I am more than ever prepared tp speculate that all the resources have been put by the yard into the big Stud prospect Autumn Glow, racing with a huge number of support runners just in case. Make of that what you will the odds have been compiled by the best. Moody as a small stable is flying but when he returned to racing from his sabbatical he made a point of saying he did not want the responsibility of running a huge yard. Magic does not exist as evidenced by the horses he brought with him from Europe. I think he will need it to win today.

Spelling Mistake Autumn Boy for Glow………..just shows my prejudiced mind I thought such Messara devotion could only come for a potential stallion.
